Did you know that Nutrolin® also cares for the animals at Korkeasaari Zoo? 🥰
We began our cooperation with Korkeasaari Zoo back in autumn 2018. At the time, many animals had poor coat condition, some elderly animals were showing joint symptoms, and for others, age was simply slowing their steps.
Since every animal at Korkeasaari is fed individually and according to its species-specific needs, fatty acid researcher and Nutrolin® product developer Mikko Griinari came to the rescue.
After all, Mikko thought, if dogs, cats, horses, and humans benefit from carefully targeted fatty acid supplements—why wouldn’t zoo animals as well?
Our collaboration with the zoo continues to this day. In summer 2025, Mikko delivered supplements for monkeys, horses, bears, red pandas, and many others.
