Questions about shipping or receiving?

We use DHL Express for fast, flexible and convenient shipping. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an SMS from DHL with a link to select the delivery method and to check the status of your shipment. You can have your package delivered to your home or you can choose the delivery option that best suits you: for example to your nearest DHL Service Point or to your own alternate address etc.

You can also track your order any time with a DHL tracking number from here. It normally takes 1-4 weekdays for the package to arrive.
